RETURN AND COMPLAINT INSTRUCTIONS
If there is a defect in your product, you have the right to make a complaint about it in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.
If you receive a damaged or opened box at delivery, contact us immediately, no later than two days after receiving the delivery. Broken packaging or broken product must be photographed and sent to us together with the remaining information about your complaint. Please note that the broken packaging or the broken product must be saved until the complaint is completed and you have received a message from us.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to complain about your purchase to us within a reasonable time (however, a maximum of three years and two months). If you wish to complain about a product, you should do so by contacting us within a reasonable time after you have noticed or should have noticed the defect. The defect should normally be an original defect and not caused by incorrect use/handling of the goods. Complaints made within two months from the time you discovered the defect are always considered to have been made on time.
To complain, you contact our customer service at contact@lernbergerstafsing.com before returning the item. After a registered complaint request, you will be contacted via email for further instructions regarding your case. You get a return slip from us.
We reserve the right to request the return of the item you wish to file a complaint about for examination and resolution of the complaint.In case of an approved complaint, the customer is always reimbursed for the return shipping. We only pay for shipping for approved complaints.
If your complaint is made on time and there is a defect in the product according to the Consumer Purchase Act, we will send you a new product. If we cannot replace the product for any reason, we will refund you what you have paid for the product. If the defect is significant, you always have the right to cancel the purchase.
You are responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipping caused by you being negligent, for example when choosing a carrier or when addressing or packaging the product.
Please note that we do not have a satisfied customer guarantee. This means that we do not approve complaints of products that you have used but which do not live up to your expectations. In case of any allergy or hypersensitivity, we always recommend that you try your new product on a small area (such as the wrist) and wait 24 hours to see if you get any reaction. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, it is not possible to lodge a complaint about a product due to dissatisfaction as we do not have any satisfaction guarantee.
RIGHT OF RETURN/WITHDRAWAL ("ÅNGERRÄTTEN")
The right of withdrawal (“ångerrätten”) applies when purchasing from us. If you want to return items that you have ordered from lernbergerstafsing.com, you always have the full right of return within 14 days from the date you received the item.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that, with a broken seal, cannot be suitably returned due to health or hygiene reasons.
If you wish to return the product you may do so provided that the product is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
If a product is not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons, you will not be able to return the product.
To use your right of withdrawal you send a mail to contact@lernbergerstafsing.com and notify us of the order number, which items you want to return, and the sum paid including VAT. You pay the return shipping. We will reimburse the sum paid inclusive VAT and postage (but not the return postage) within 30 days of us receiving the items returned. Refunds will be made to you using the same payment method you chose at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Note that depending on which payment option you chose at the time of purchase, it may take a few extra days for our payment service provider to administer the refund.
