Step 1 — Facial Scrub (2–3 times/week)

Apply a thin layer to a clean, wet face. Massage lightly in circular motions for 30 seconds, avoiding the eye area. Do not scrub. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Step 2 — Overnight Retinol+ Mask (1–2 times/week)

Apply a thin layer to well-cleansed, dry skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 10 minutes, then massage excess with circular motions and leave on overnight as an intensive sleep mask

Recommended for all skin types; the retinol mask is best avoided on very sensitive skin.
