General information
By placing an order, you are deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions of sale. Lernbergerstafsing.com operates in compliance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act and the Swedish Personal Data Act.
Who can order?
To be able to order from Lernbergerstafsing.com you must be over 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, purchases can be approved only with parental consent.
Customer data
You are fully responsible for the information you have submitted being correct. Please always check the information you submit to us, so that no unnecessary errors occur.
Order confirmation by email
Within a few minutes after you have confirmed your order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you have given us. If confirmation is not received within a reasonable time, please check that you have provided a working email address that reaches you.
Shipping
We are shipping to Sweden, Denmark and the US. We ship with DB Schenker and, depending on location, Budbee. For DB Schenker, a fee of SEK 29 is charged. For Budbee, a fee of SEK 49 is charged. Shipping is free for purchases over SEK 500.
Prices
All prices are shown inclusive VAT.
Payment by card
You can pay with all Swedish bank cards or international credit cards that are connected to VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Lernbergerstafsing.com does not have access to your card number. Your card number will be sent encrypted directly to our payment service provider, which in turn contacts our card processing bank for payment approval.
Follow the steps carefully and just click once to approve the purchase. More than one click can cause the order total to be reserved more than one time. Accidental double payments will be cancelled, but the sum may have been reserved several times before we have time to cancel the double payment. No administrative fees or other charges apply for credit card payment.
What is security code (CVV2/CVC2)?
To increase security you as a customer will be prompted to enter the last three digits which are printed in the signature field on the back of the card. CVV2 is the name used by VISA and CVC2 is the name used by MasterCard. These codes are also called security code or security number. The code is sent to the card issuer for control and verification.
Card fraud
All attempted card fraud will be reported to the police.
Delivery
Items in stock are normally sent within 1-3 business days after your order, and will arrive within 3-5 business days. Non-stock items are shipped as soon as we have received them from the supplier. You will receive an email when your item has arrived at the nearest delivery point. Sometimes, there may be delays in delivery beyond our control. This can happen, for example, if a supplier cannot fulfil their delivery obligations to us. If this situation occurs, we are not responsible for any liability to the customer for the damage the delay has caused. However, we will of course notify you if delivery is delayed. For international shipping there could be some extra time for delivery.
Uncollected letters and packages
For letters and packages that are not collected, you will be charged the cost of return freight as well as a packing and handling fee of SEK 150 incl. VAT. Uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal and the right of return in accordance with the Swedish Digital Commerce association industry regulations.
Shipping damage
If your package is damaged due to damage that has occurred during shipment, you must put in a complaint at the mail distribution point where you collected the item, in accordance with Swedish post office rules. Our recommendation is to always check the consignment on collection and complain directly at that time if the consignment is visibly damaged. Send us an email as well, notifying us that you have lodged a complaint about the consignment and telling us which order the consignment concerns.
Complaints
If your item is in any way damaged, otherwise unusable or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact Lernbergerstafsing.com at customercare@lernbergerstafsing.com within eight days of the order date.
Right of return
If you want to return items that you have ordered from Lernbergerstafsing.com, you always have the full right of return within 14 days from the date you received the item. You pay the return shipping and the item must be returned in undamaged, unmarked and unopened original packaging for the right of return to be valid. Send a mail to customercare@lernbergerstafsing.com and notify us of the order number, which items you want to return, and the sum paid including VAT. We will reimburse the sum paid incl. VAT and postage (but not the return postage) within 30 days of us receiving the items returned.
Personal data
The information Lernbergerstafsing.com stores is for internal use and is used to be able to further customer relations and distribute offers, among other things. If you accept the terms and conditions of sale, you agree to the storage of your personal information, including your Swedish ID number. The agreement of the customer as described above may be withdrawn at any time by contacting Lernbergerstafsing.com via customercare@lernbergerstafsing.com. After the subsequent termination, usage of the corresponding information will cease and all data and information relating to the customer will be deleted. The register is governed by the Swedish Personal Data.

Force Majeure
Events such as war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labour market, regulatory decisions, non-delivery from suppliers, circumstances leading to increased costs and comparable events outside Lernbergerstafsing.com’s control, which cannot reasonably have been foreseen, shall be treated as force majeure, which means that Lernbergerstafsing.com is released from its obligations to fulfill contractual agreements.
Product Liability
Lernbergerstafsing.com work with product manufacturers who are renowned and respected in the industry. Lernbergerstafsing.com however cannot be responsible for an individual product’s effect or function or the effects of ingredients for a specific health condition. The products should not be used as a substitute for medical treatment or as medication when ill, but should be used as a supplement to achieve a good nutritional balance. The product descriptions on Lernbergerstafsing.com are based on, among other things, the manufacturer’s product information. The responsibility for any errors rests with the respective manufacturers, who are also responsible for the accuracy of the content lists, product content and dosage instructions. Food supplements should not be a substitute for a varied diet.

Lernbergerstafsing.com is not liable for any printing errors in the prices that appear on the site. Lernbergerstafsing.com reserves the right to modify information about prices, product range, terms and conditions of sale, specifications, product offers and the like, without prior notification.
