FIND THE RIGHT HAIRBRUSH FOR YOUR HAIR
To use products and tools of good quality is essential to achieve a healthy hair. Still, many forget the importance of a good hairbrush for the hair and scalp. By investing in a quality brush, you help your hair to grow out thicker, glossier and healthier.
If you’re trying to grow your hair longer or thicker, you’ve probably heard the advice to brush it through a hundred times a day. And it is actually true, by brushing your hair daily with a hair brush with natural bristles your hair becomes stronger, smoother and shinier, as the brush helps to distribute the scalp’s natural, nourishing oils along the hair shafts. A brush made of natural bristles is also very gentle on the hair compared to a comb or a brush with plastic spikes. When you brush your hair, the scalp also gets a gentle massage that increases blood circulation which in turn releases more nutritious oils from the scalp.
“It untangles, smooths out, and the nylon bristles gently massage your scalp”.
The Lernberger Stafsing Dressing Brush has a perfect balance of natural bristles and long nylon bristles for daily use on all types of hair. It untangles, smooths out, and gently massage your scalp. It can be used on both dry and damp hair, but keep in mind that hair is extra sensitive when wet so try to be as gentle as possible. Dressing Brush is available in two sizes; Medium and Large. The largest brush is great for thick and unruly hair, whilst the medium one fits shoulder length or shorter hair.
In order to avoid spreading bacteria from dirt, grease and old styling products into the scalp, it is important to regularly remove any hair from your brush and clean it. Use a wide tooth comb or another brush to remove hair from the brush. Fill a bowl with hot water, add a small amount of shampoo and allow the brush to soak for a few minutes to dissolve dirt and grease. This will also make the brush smell good. If the brush is very dirty you can dissolve a little baking soda in a bowl of hot water and place the brush in it. The oxygen that is produced when the water is mixed with the baking soda helps remove the dirt.
